Transit Van Side Door Not Locking

I have two fob but none worked if i try to open the back doors or reset the central locking by turning the the key on off 8 times in 10.

Hi i have a ford transit lwb 2009 the problem is the side door will not lock with central locking key fob but front and rear tail doors do so was advise that the side door locking mechanism at fault. This allows you to lock and unlock your vehicle doors without actually inserting the key into the door handle. Ford have tested key and it is transmitting. Ford transit central locking problem.

My blue key is transmitting to my 09 transit van but it does not unlock or lock any door and have to use key to lock and unlock. In my case i could have probably unhooked the yellow. But is it transmitting the right code and if it is is the van s security system actually receiving the signal and if it does perhaps the security system has developed amnesia.
